When you’re visiting AHHAA, please follow our house rules:

Please don’t yell, run or splash water. Be polite to the fellow visitors (take turns and share the exhibits with the others), especially the yougest ones.
When you’re exploring our exhibits, please read the instructions first (if you have any questions, our staff will be happy to help you).
Must be accompanied (accompanying person must be at least 14 years old).
Pets are not allowed in the centre.
Intoxicated guests will not be allowed in the centre. Our staff has the right to ask you to leave, or refuse from selling you tickets.

Additional and other discounts:

When visiting VSpa, you get a discount of 10% at AHHAA, when presenting the receipt. The discount also works the other way round. You can use the discount in 7 days after the visit. This does not apply to planetarium tickets!
When visiting Ice Age Centre, you get a discount of 10% at AHHAA, when presenting the receipt. The discount also works the other way round. You can use the discount in 7 days after the visit. This does not apply to planetarium tickets!
When visiting Aura Centre, you get a discount of 20% at the water park or sauna centre, when presenting the receipt. You can use the discount in 7 days after the visit. Groups that have visited AHHAA can also use this discount, but we kindly ask you to inform Aura of your visit beforehand. Visitors of Aura Centre can get a 20% discount at AHHAA, when presenting your same day ticket (receipt). This does not apply to planetarium tickets!
