When you’re visiting AHHAA, please follow our house rules:

AHHAA is an interactive science centre – a place to experiment, explore and be surprised. Some exhibits may involve unexpected effects, such as movement, vibration, sound, light, darkness, air currents, water or water splashes.

Please use the exhibits only as intended and follow all instructions, warnings and directions given by AHHAA staff.
Please take your own health and individual circumstances into account. If you have a medical condition, sensitivity, contact lenses, an implant or any other circumstance that may affect your ability to use an exhibit safely, please ask a member of AHHAA staff for advice before using it.
Please do not run, shout, deliberately splash other visitors with water or behave in any other way that may disturb or endanger others.
Pre-school children may only visit the centre when accompanied by a responsible person aged 14 or over. The accompanying person is responsible for supervising the child.
Pets are not allowed to visit the Centre.

- If you experience an injury, pain, discomfort or any other health issue while using an exhibit, stop using it and inform a member of AHHAA staff immediately. Please also report any accident or suspected malfunction of an exhibit straight away so that we can assist you and record the circumstances of the incident.
- Please keep your personal belongings with you or store them in a locker. AHHAA is not responsible for unattended, lost or stolen belongings, except where liability arises under applicable law.
- We may refuse admission or service to anyone who is intoxicated or showing clear signs of intoxication, or ask them to leave the centre. Pets are not permitted in the centre, except where required by law.
- AHHAA is not liable for loss, damage or injury to the extent that it results from a visitor’s own actions or omissions, including misuse of an exhibit, failure to follow instructions or warnings, or failure to take account of individual circumstances known to the visitor.
- Choosing not to use a particular exhibit, the temporary unavailability of an individual exhibit, or ending a visit early for reasons attributable to the visitor does not in itself entitle the visitor to a refund.
- If a visitor breaches these house rules or safety instructions, or fails to follow reasonable directions given by AHHAA staff, AHHAA staff may stop the visitor from using an exhibit or ask them to leave the centre.

* If you violate the house rules and disobey the staff, Science Centre AHHAA has the right to expel you from the centre.

Our staff (check the orange outfits!) are here to assist you. You can always turn to them if you have any questions, or if you need any additional information. Please listen to their advice and pay attention to their remarks!

NB! To ensure a safe visiting experience, the exhibits are subject to unannounced maintenance from time to time, which may result in some exhibits being closed. Sorry for the inconvenience!
