Lektoorium
This is your opportunity to hold an unforgettable corporate event at the AHHAA conference hall! This is the ideal place for a conference, hackathon or product launch.

• The 133 m² Lektoorium is a spacious conference hall with a relaxed atmosphere;
• It can hold up to 150 attendees;
• The room comes with all the equipment you need to make your conference a success;
• Support for events with simultaneous interpretation;
• Free parking all day in the centre’s car park;
• You can book in advance for coffee breaks at Café Newton;
• The Lektoorium conference hall is situated in the heart of Tartu, making it a great choice for large conferences or training events;

If you feel like you need a break from concentrating in the conference hall, you can book in advance to enjoy extraordinary experiences during breaks, such as science shows by AHHAA Science Theatre or edutaining workshops. It makes for an easy way to add value to an already substantial event.

Apollo
Are you in need of an inspiring seminar room for your next event? Sounds like our Apollo seminar room is a perfect match!

• Apollo is a 65 m² seminar room;
• It can hold up to 50 people.
• We are located in the centre of Tartu where free parking is available throughout the day;
• The Apollo seminar room is equipped with all the tools and equipment you need, from a projectors and screens to a flipboard and markers;
• You can order catering for your event at Café Newton operating in the centre;

If you are looking for something to keep you entertained during your breaks, while also presenting a learning experience, you can choose to make arrangements for competitive games, a workshop or even a behind-the-scenes tour of AHHAA centre.

Prepare for a jam-packed day, because the Apollo seminar room at Science Centre AHHAA has everything you need to make your event a success.

For an additional fee, you can explore AHHAA, the largest Science Centre in the Baltic states, take part in some of our various workshops or science theatre shows, or visit the first full-spherical planetarium in the world.

• A 50 % surcharge applies to the rental of the conference hall and seminar rooms after 19.00.
• Submitting a reservation is not confirmation of your booking! We will respond to your booking request and either confirm it or offer solutions to find suitable alternatives if it is not possible to book the room at the time you have chosen.

Catering can be provided by Café Newton located in AHHAA.
